A few words about project

How it all came to be…

For a long time I’ve been dreaming about trip to the north. To be for a while with myself and nature. So now I decided to realize my dream.

While I’m starting to prepare and collecting all the necessary information, I decided to create this page so that I could share the information I gathered with others.

Due COVID-19 the trip is delayed. Depending on the ability to raise funds for this trip and COVID-19 situation it will be clear later when it will be possible.

What is Kungsleden

Trip in to the wild…

Kungsleden (King’s Trail) is a hiking trail in northern Sweden, approximately 440 kilometers (270 mi) long, between Hemavan in the south and Abisko in the north. It passes through, near the southern end, the Vindelfjällen Nature Reserve, one of the largest protected areas in Europe.
